- Q. I need to update my page daily,
can you design one that would be easy to update?
- A. This is the most commonly
asked question we get. Yes it is possible
to design a page that can be updated daily,
either with a text editor, or a wysiwyg software
program. We can also recommend software that
will help you in doing this. We don't recommend
this for a business site, because of the time
and cost of learning new software, codes etc.
Your business, is business, and time is valuable
to you. We offer training on how to upgrade
if you are determined to try and do it yourself.
However, the best advice we can give you is
to use one of the low cost
MAINTENANCE SERVICES we offer for sites
that need to be updated occasionally. The
cost would be determined by how often a site
is updated, on a base fee plus hourly cost.
Small sites with minimal updates are handled
with minimal maintenance schedules. We can
discuss your site's needs at the time of development.
- Q. Who supplies
the graphics for my site?
- A. This will depend on the graphics
you need. We can design logos, and customized
graphics for your company. You will provide
copyright free pictures that you either take
yourself, or buy from one of the internet
sites that supply professional pictures. we
will scan your pictures into digital format,
to place them on your site. All the graphics
on this site are our own copyrighted material.
- Q. Who supplies
the content for my site?
- A. You supply the content either
about your business, or yourself. We can suggest
content providers for a more extensive site,
as a consultant. The cost for consultation
is on our service
page .Remember our motto of an Ever shrinking
world in an ever growing market. Getting your
business online is imperative to you.
- Q. What is
the cost of putting my site online?
- A. That will depend on your
server, or virtual server and the traffic
that visits your site. There are several virtual
servers who offer low cost space, but have
low bandwidth (limiting access to your site)
many servers offer upgrades when your site
traffic increases. There is also the cost
of domain registration, to register your site
name. This is usually a one time cost, renewable
yearly. Most virtual servers charge monthly,
or yearly, at a cost of between $7.95 and
over $200.00 dollars per month, depending
on the space and bandwidth your site needs.
- Q. How often
do I need to completely change my site?
- A. This will depend on
your personal taste, some sites are recreated
from scratch almost yearly. Others never change
other than content, and maintenance. Most
of our sites are designed so you can do this
as needed.
- Q. Can I make changes once my
site is online?
- A.Some designers will only
put up a site that is completly finished,
then they are finished with it. We on the
other hand like to stay involved with our
customers, and are willing to make minor changes
even after a site is agreed upon, to meet
that customers particular business needs.
We do ask that the changes not be extensive.
We will offer a 6 month maintenance package
with the site, in order to review the site,
and make the minor changes to the site at

meet our clients needs, there does come a
time when the site has to be finalized.
